Dr. Roberta Preisler, PhD

This is my first time to see a consoler. This doctor provided really poor quality of care and service for me! During the session, she constantly eyed on the clock, which made me feel so much rushed and discomfort! I could not discuss my feelings in peace! She had to stop me 10 minutes earlier to remind me that the session was about to end. My session was constantly interrupted by her reminders and her checking on the clock! At the beginning of my last session, she took time to tell me about her health issue and prepared herself that I would not visit her again! So my last session was completely wasted! She did not provide any comfort or insight whatsoever! She made remarks to me that “no one likes to hear your story”! If you did not want to hear my story, why would you make money from me? You are a psychologist and your job is to provide some comfort to patients who come to you with stress and provide some advice or input to their situations. I am not asking for any magic solution to… my feelings but at least you should show some compassion and support in your heart, and be more ethical about what you’re doing, instead of being so indifferent, care less and impatient while listening to their stories! Seeing her caused me more distress!

Dr. Priesler is passionate about her work. She provides the necessary space needed to feel comfortable and open. She is easy to engage with and provides great insight.
