Dr. Roberto Arce, MD

Dr. Arce was my mother's cardiologist (my mother is 81 years old). When you go to his office visits the staff makes it a point to advise the patients they have to bring any medical records that the patient might have from their last visit forward. My mother brought 2 records and when the doctor came in she explained she had gone twice to the Urgent Care and the reasons why. He asked her if she knew what he was. My mother said yes, and he rudely said he was a cardiologist and didn't need to see anything she had brought since it didn't pertain to his practice. He is rude, unprofessional and his behavior was uncalled for. His approach was disrespectful and uncalled for. I don't recommend him and my mother will never go back to see him.

I think he would be a serious professional, if he doesn't ask certain personal questions, non inherent to patients; and even worse when the patient is doing the stress test. I do not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Arce was my father's cardiologist for many years. To write all of the great experiences that we had would take several pages. A doctor's effectiveness is measured by his/her ability to observe and decide what intervention to take, if any. This is Dr. Arce's primary quality.
