I brought my father to see Dr. Collantes around noon today. He and and his staff are more than professional and helpful! I can tell he really cares about his patients. He made it so easy for us to understand what to do next. Thank you Dr. Collantes and we really appreciate your help!

Dr. Collantes is one of the most caring physicans I have ever had the pleasure of association. He actually listens and responds in a professional yet human manner. So many MDs try to play as though they are superior. Dr. Collantes is but does not try to shove it down your throat. Young or old, I highly recommend Dr. Collantes.

The office told us our Insurance was accepted for services. After a bit, we received a bill for several hundred dollars and a note telling us that our Insurance was not accepted and that we were responsible for the entire balance. They even charged me a co-pay for my visit... I found out that ALL Physician's offices know what Insurance they accept and they should have been up front/honest with me when I attempted to schedule my appointment. BEWARE

Terrible doctor. Knows nothing about medications. I felt like I was the doctor and he was the patient. Terrible!
