Dr. Roberto Diaz, MD

Horrible staff.. I am referring to Patricia I believe is her name.. I called 4 weeks ago with my insurance and she sternly said they can not see me because of the county I was in.. I call back a week and a half later and I told her I was eligible to see the doctor.. After giving me attitude and confirming with her manager then she decided to book me an appointment that was over 2 weeks later! Come to find out she did not even book me to see Dr. Diaz.. She booked me for a nutrition appointment! HORRIBLE! And now the staff says I have to book another appt 2 weeks later to see him. The WORST EXPERIENCE AT A DOCTORS OFFICE! I wish I actually seen Dr. Diaz because I hear he's a nice guy but just booking an appointment with disgruntled and mean staff Patricia was horrible.

I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. DIaz as I have recently moved to the area from out of state and have a condition that requires I follow closely with a gyno. The receptionist told me that she had to review my case with the dr. prior to giving me an appointment as this is protocol for all new patients. 6 hours late she called me back (from an "unknown" number) and told me that the doctor doesn't see "high risk" patients. I have a hormone imbalance. He is a gyno. What kind of doctor doesn't see patients who have health issues?!?!?On the plus side he did refer me to someone else that may or may not also be able to see me, but I will have to wait until tomorrow to find out as they left it until 4:45 to call me back.
