Dr. Roberto Dinicolo, MD

Dr. Dinicolo does not work in the office anymore even though his name is on the phone system, sign out front, and the website as if he still does but noone told me until I went to 3 appointments then allergy testing without meeting him so I asked the woman doing the testing if I would be meeting him and was told he "essentially retired and doesn't come in but they can call him if they have questions". I only saw a ARNP and I really wanted a specialist trained in this area as I have a complicated health history. I'm also upset that I told them I wanted to wait on allergy shots until I found out the cost and they made a note of that but still accidentally filled the prescription for the shots then billed me after I told them I couldn't afford it. They did take care of the bill later but didn't let me know after I called once so I had to call back. The ARNP said they could do immune issue testing so I thought could with that (the dr is a board certified immunologist but he wasn't there).… They just gave me a lab order then sent me to an immunologist after those results. They did recommend some meds but overall I feel I wasted a lot of time. On the plus side the staff is nice and it is easy to get appointments.

My GP sent me to him for a consult on acute bronchitis and he refused to see or treat me.

Rude office manager. Revolving door of employees with no accountability. Unable to get Allergy Shot appts that can accommodate my schedule as a single mother. Told it is my personal problem if children cannot come in the middle of the day during school every week to get injections. Made billing arrangements with billing manager (who is no longer employed) and not informed of any new arrangements made on account, but told I should have know either way and to deal with it.

If you want what you say to completely ignored and be treated like you are an idiot.....this would be the doctor you want!
