Dr Ferro is a very soft spoken doctor and perhaps he is good in the field he knows and specializes in but he treated my mother for a cancer he didnt specialize in and had little knowledge. My family was recommended to a Dr Thomas initially and she was wonderful and very informative about my moms conditions. She was doing extensive research and test to give my mom the best care. One day we showed up for an appointment and was informed Dr Ferro was taking over. This surprised us but because we had little to no knowledge about things we just accepted it which is something we deeply regret. There are so many situations that happen to her that could have been avoided. D . Ferro never remembers things he talks about nor does he read his notes from previous appointments. He doesn't really take the time to listen to his patients and how they feel. He compares his patients not thinking that everyone is different and responds differently to treatmen . If he doesn't see what he wants he writes a… death sentence for them. My mom had to go to the ER and was in the hospital for a month he never bothered to call to see how she was doing or give words of encouragement. Moral of this do your research on a doctor prior to putting your life or relative life on their hands

I was very happy with the service I got today from Dr. Ferro. He took the time to explain all of my lab work and gave me advice I was needing. It felt good to have a doctor who took time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed.

Dr. Ferro is wonderful ! He calls you back when you call him and that is all I ask for !! (Smiley Face)
