Dr. Roberto Cisneros Reyna, MD

Dr. Reyna is a good doctor, intelligent, takes his time, etc., but his staff is not prompt to answer phone, and there is little opportunity to see Dr. Reyna without an appointment months in advance. Must see PA, if possible, but not always possible. I have had to go to clinic since signing on with Dr. Reyna becuase his office could not accommodate me. (!) Never had this happen elsewhere. Phone not answered much of the time. Phone calls not returned promptly. If I didn't like Dr. Reyna, I would go some place else.

I've called this doctor's office 24 TIMES over the past few weeks and it has rang to voicemail every single time. I've tried every extension listed on the recording, including receptionist, practice manager, billing, medical records, etc. The recording sounds like there are still doctors in the office but I'm confused as to why there is no one answering the phones?

I have been with this physician for several years. He always has a new suggestion and pushes me towards good health practices for myself. He is straight forward with answers to very personal questions. Overall he is a very competent. If competency is on your agenda, this is a physician to visit.

Dr. Reyna is a wonderful physician. He is very intelligent man. He is a kind and caring provider. My whole family sees Dr. Reyna and we all love him.
