He jerks patients medication around after telling them they have a disease. No ethical doctor would rapidly change medications as well as dose management if you don’t do exactly what he says, even though according to him,you have a disease and can not control your behavior. He seems to think he is above the judgement of god. He will turn on you in an instant and you can’t prove what he says because he does not take notes on your file then says you haven’t seen him in months when you see him every 2 weeks. As far as the sexual assault goes, he was taken out of the OARS facility, of which he was one time director, in hand cuffs because of a sexual assault. Many female patients at his current clinic have reported to me that he has VERY WANDERING HANDS, and makes lewd comments and presses “himself” against the legs of female patients. As far as a I know a female needs not to unhook their bra to have their breathing and heart checked. He also used to lend female patients money for their… dose. The point is this behavior can only go on for so long before it is exposed. It’s very easy to prey on a majority of his patients as they are addicts and have nothing,nor the means to fight back.

I am sober 4 yrs now with his help. I have sent many of my friends to him and all of them have thanked me for it. his counselors are great people.

Dr Soria is a compassionate and kind man -I have the upmost respect for him .He is very trustworthy Having known him for years, I have never seen any conduct that could be perceived at any level as inappropriate and am concerned that some one that he treated would slander him because they didn't get a medication they wanted.

He sexually assaulted me when I was just out of surgery. I reported it, it's hard to prove but report if it happens to you...

Dr. Soria is not a good person, and is a sexual predator if you don't give him what he wants he will try and ruin whatever he can in your life women with addiction, court cases etc stay away from him....

He saw a couple of my family members and they were very pleased with him. He not only explained why my prior diagnoses was wrong but also was very thorough checking all my meds. I am doing fine under his care

He is a great Dr. That genuinely cares, also he takes the time to get to know you. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Soria is the best doctor I've ever had he saved my life in more then one way an for someone to get on here an call him a serial predator is UNCALLED FOR AN NOT TRUE!!!!!!!

He was the third psychiatrist i saw. I was on 8 meds and feeling horrible. I am now on 3 meds and getting better every day

this man is a repeat sexual predator who preys on women in vulnerable positions. He has been sued in civil court for this and paid a large sum to keep in quiet. He was asked to leave Bethesda Oak for this behavior with a letter of recommendation so they too are at blame for his continued presence in the community. Stay far away from him. No ethics of any kind. No remorse.
