DR. BAPTIST WAS VERY RUDE AND SHORT WITH ME. JUMPING TO CONCLUSIONS ON WHAT ILLNESS I HAD. SAID I PROBABLY HAD BRONCHITIS, BUT WHEN SHE LISTENED TO MY LUNGS THEY WERE CLEAR, BUT LISTED MY DIAGNOSIS AS BRONCHITIS ANYWAY.?? MADE ME FEEL AS IF I SHOULD NOT HAD BEEN THERE AND NEVER CAME BACK IN THE ROOM, SO WHEN I HAD A QUESTION ABOUT THE MEDICATION THE STAFF HAD TO KEEP RUNNING OUT AND ASKING HER. THE DOCTOR MADE ME FEEL AS IF I WAS A DRUG SEEKING PATIENT. I WAS INSULTED.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Dr consult! She kept immediately would jump to very negative conclusions. She would over talk the patient. Even her nurse had to tap her on the shoulder to calm the Dr down. I ended up leaving in tears and had to go elsewhere!

Dr Baptist was cold, condescending and unprofessional. She essentially criticized me for seeking treatment. Would seek treatment elsewhere before seeing her again.
