MD Live assigned him to call me. I got a call, but never heard anything. It could be him. The call got cut off in few seconds. But I never received a call back. But the ticket has been marked as "Complete" as he did consultation for me. I really wanted to talk to the doctor and get advice. But he closed the ticket without even talking a word to me. This is ruthless. I never expected such act from a doctor. I called MD Live again, and they said I cannot be put back in the queue because I can get consultation only once in 24 hours. This doctor ruined the only chance I had on that night to take a medical advice. Please don't play with patients lives like this. Shame on you.

Dr. Rosenfeld was very empathetic and accurately diagnosed my specific injury and how to best treat it...I found him to be intelligent, willing to listen and to stick with me thru the conversation until a satisfactory outcome had been achieved...would definitely recommend.

I used this doctor on mdlive. My son has a cleft lip and palate and suffers from chronic ear infections. I called because my son had a sinus infection and the doctor refused to give him antibiotics because he had been in antibiotics a few times in the last year. So because my son has a chronic ear issue, you are not going to give him antibiotics because he was on it for a different reason then what I am calling for? That is absurd and not professional at all. I can't get my son into a ent for 2 weeks and his doctor is on vacation. So my son has to suffer through a sinus infection because the doctor won't treat him. If i could give 0 stars, I would.
