Dr. Robin M Brammer, DO

Went in to Dr Brammer for what was diagnosed as an upper respiratory infection. She then spent time telling me I should switch offices to be closer to where i live. I said I didn't want to do that, then said "Unless you are firing me." She said she was. I have been upset all afternoon. My mother died a year ago. When I told Dr Brammer she said "the Baby Boomers are having trouble losing their parents". It felt very insensitive. The letter was full of false accusations against me, which I have reported to my insurer and will to CT Med. As if my grief isn't enough, I had to deal with this. She told me they didn't have the resources to treat me, prior to firing me. This tells me she didn't want any Husky D patients with my amount of problems. She was cutting and patronizing to me throughout my time with her. My specialists in Connecticut throughout my time here have been wonderful. I have long-standing relationships with eye dr and gynec. for example. I was so shaken this afternoon that I… cried speaking to a pharmacist. In medical school, the dictate is: "First, do no harm." She should not be practicing medicine.

I am 130 pounds. Told me i was overweight and need to “figure it out”

I needed a new GP and she came recommended. I set up an apt, paid the co-pay and when she came in, she called it a meet and greet. No exam at all. Just a few questions. I told her I was expecting a physical as that is what I made the apt for, she said no, we'll do that next time. So I wasted my time and money on nothing. I think The "meet & greet" was a scam to get money via insurance or something. In addition, her personality was not welcoming or kind. I never went back. The only thing nice about her office was the receptionist.

I saw Dr. Brammer for almost 2 yrs. In the beginning I liked her straight forward attitude, I have that myself, but it should never cross the line and become abusive, which she is. Arrogant is a definite understatement as is empathetic. Sadistic is more appropriate. She actually told me to find another doctor because she didn't want to treat me any longer because of the problems I was having. But she would be benevolent enough to treat me until I found another doctor. Naturally, having never experienced anything of this nature before, tears came to my eyes; she smiled. My tears immediately dried and I responded that I would not be back. There is no way on earth that I would want to see a "doctor" who is that sadistic and obnoxious ever again. I went directly across the parking lot and found the most wonderful doctor that I have ever had. The complete opposite of Dr. Brammer. Dr. Brammer, thank you for the favor, I truly got a blessing! To be fair her staff are wonderful women with… delightful and empathetic attitudes.

Never....NEVER EVER go to this Doctor. She is rude, arrogant, and has no empathy. Money is the only thing that fuels her motives, and she should not be practicing medicine !!!!!

Dr. Brammer was recommended by a friend and I am glad that I took her advice to see her. She was very thorough, compassionate and very straightforward. I have been her patient now for over 2 years will continue to see her. She truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend this wonderful doctor and person.

I have a patient for the past two years after having a very poor experience with another Milford doctor. My treatment with dr. BrammerMD has been excellent and would recommend her anytime

Run. She is the worst and could care less about people

Dr.Brammer is very good doctor she takes her time with each patient and really listens to what you have to say.
