Makes incorrect diagnosises and his notes and records are flawed. Yells at the nurses and wounded warriors.The staff avoid him because he is so difficult to work with.Nicknamed Colonel Sucks to be You, because he enjoys saying that to the wounded or ill Soldiers in our unit.An embaressment to the Army.Can only keep a government job, because his bedside manner is so poor he wouldn't survive private practice.Don't waste your time here.He wears uniforms he isn't supposed to and they are so tight Soldiers continually make comments about his unprofessional appearance. Please retire. Our soldiers deserve better care then you are capable of delivering.

I dealt with many Docs within the VA and Dr. Deleon is one of the very few that didn't give me the political red tape run around with my care and gave me the no b.s. answers I needed to hear. I ran into so many road blocks after he was deployed last year. He is a good Doc that would get stuff done as it should be.

You don't have a very caring or even helpful disposition. You act as if these patients are still in the military. I'm sorry you are still in and you don't like it but be nicer to your patients.
