Dr. Robin Zimmer Dietly, MD

I have gone to Dr Dietly greater than 10 years with care of my mother and my self , I can't speak enough about her how caring and professional she is. she always returned calls quickly.Knows her patients well , The doctors in this group have great communication . The office staff have always been great , courteous and the most organized office . There should be more mds like her.

Made an appointment for one month in advance gave my insurance information told them I was sick and four weeks later found out she made the appointment and should not have made the appointment for the doctor was not taking new patients!!!

Awful. Not at all supportive of a problem, rude to me as a patient. Am looking for another doctor.

I needed a check up when I went to see Dr. Dietly and she did what she was supposed to, but I have a weight problem and told her I was frustrated with it. Her response was, "Yes, you really are overweight. Shape up." Not only was it not helpful, but I was kind of embarrassed.
