Dr. Robin M Hurst, DO

Dr Hurst and staff are the most sensitive and unprofessional medical practice I have experienced. I switched from a practice I liked after moving. Dr. Hurst was recommended for her holistic approach and as a benefit she also has gyn services. At first the staff were very accommodating until I asked about a fax not being received by a referral source. It then became them against me. Later it was the wrong medication renewed. They said the pharmacist said it was my preference to take a lower dose. What? Then it was I did not bring my Med list to a sick visit after several well visits when I had brought my list. The nurse blamed me for not knowing the dosage of a vitamin. Guess what, it was on the list the other times I brought the list. Dr. Hurst always sided with her staff and berated me in a judgmental - self rightness manner that this was how her practice was run. Oh and gyn she is not! The exam was so minimal that it was useless. She actually explained everything she… was doing during the exam even touching the tip of the Pap test with her ungloved hand to let me know how soft it was. Doctor, I have had children so I already know about this. Not sure what this practice is about just know it is not for me or my family.

Dr. Hurst threw a temper tantrum and stormed out of the room during my appointment. The most unprofessional display I have ever seen! Someone clearly forgot to remind this women where she was! Disgusting! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LEVEL OF DISRESPECT AND UNPROFESSIONALISM!

When a Doctor really cares you can tell. Dr. Hurst was warm and caring and was interested in the whole picture of my health. Not just the physical. This is the way Doctors offices used to be.
