Dr. Robin E Jones

Please don't go to Dental Village - Dr. Robin Jones if you expect courteous, efficient, modern dental treatment by a scientific and medically credible professional. She believes in faith healing and claims to have seen a person's limb "grow" and apparently thinks pain is to be ignored. She is extremely unprofessional and treats staff with impatience and by humiliating them. Staff aren't competent because they obviously aren't fully educated. If you are anxious or fearful of dentistry, Dr. Jones will only confirm your worst fears as she is not supportive, understanding or compassionate. When told she is causing pain, she will not stop or offer you the option to leave. While on her webpage it states that she uses nitrous oxide (gas) she doesn't offer it. I'm truly shocked that this woman is still practicing because not only is her behavior bizarre and unprofessional, her treatment methods and equipment are medieval. She literally orders staff to restrain patients against their wishes!… Horrible, horrible place!

After seeing two other dentists that insisted I need a tooth pulled . Dr. Jones insured me that I just needed a filling which she was able to do that day. She is friendly and professional. She also saved me money and a tooth. The office staff is also friendly and make me feel valued. I have officially switched all my dental needs to this office.

Dr. Jones took me in as emergency when everybody else, including hospitals, sent me away with an abscess tooth, which barely held on to the bone (which mostly got melted away by the infection). Dr. Jones and Staff stood late to take care of me, working fast, clean and professional. Very good hearted people! The wound closed up perfectly over night and I can finally breath without pain. Thank you!
