Dr. Robin B. Kalish, MD

In reading these negative reviews I’m saying “ you people are crazy”. Dr. Kalish has been the best with me and this is my second high risk pregnancy. Dr. Paz delivered my first and he’s is amazing as well. I have nothing but great experiences here and I’m so appreciative of Dr. Kalish and the staff

Dr Kalish walked us through a high risk pregnancy with a unique expertise and loving touch. Today we hold our healthy baby boy thanks to her and all her team we are immensely thankful!

I have been seeing Dr Kalish during my whole pregnancy. She is responsible, knowledgeable and caring. I had c section due to some high risk factors, the incision is hardly noticeable four weeks after the c section thanks to her surgical skill. I would highly recommend Dr Kalish and Weil Cornell’s MFM department to any expecting mother.

Expert Doctor. Attentive, caring, detail oriented and thorough. I did a lot of research before choosing her as I am at a high risk age and needed the best. My experience was excellent . Nurses are the best too. Very caring and responsive

Incredible doctor. Detail oriented. On top of every possible aspect of my pregnancy. Planned c-section was the most positive and happy experience knowing my life/baby’s life was in the hands of one of the country’s best doctors… she’s very good. Thank you.

Expert Doctor. Attentive and thorough. Wait time was long but expected at a practice as busy as Cornell

Wait time was relatively long (45 minutes after my scheduled appt time before I got called back, and then another 15 minutes waiting to see the doctor). Dr. is always very pleasant and answers questions when I ask them, but it's totally up to me to lead the conversation. I don't know what I don't know, so it would be helpful if she had more questions or provided more information about what I should be expecting or looking out for at this stage of my pregnancy.

Please stay away from this Dr. My child almost died at birth because she was " busy" performing a C-section on another mother. My temperature was 103 and I was given Tylenol!! Worst experience of my life. This woman has no compassion and should not be allowed to practice!

Dr. Kalish was not my OB but she was on call in the delivery ward so she ended up delivering my baby. She was very rough with me and was yelling at me that I was not pushing hard enough. Labor is already hard enough without having someone yell at you. She took over an hour to do my stitches afterwards and for the most part I did not have any local anesthesia so I could feel the needle. When I went back to my regular OB for my 6-week appointment, the doctor told me that the stitches had not been done well. He had to open them up slightly and I had to come back several times to ensure that they healed.

Horrible, rude, cruel staff. I had received some concerning and confusing news about my pregnancy and I was trying to set an appointment with another doctor for a 2nd opinion. The person who answers the phone told me in the nastiest tone of voice that I had to be pregnant in order to see Dr. Kalish. I was pregnant, but with a potential diagnosis of molar pregnancy or twins (yes, the doctor who diagnosed me couldn't tell the difference, thus the reason I wanted a 2nd opinion). Ok-maybe Dr. Kalish only wants to see healthy people but there's no need to express a complete lack of empathy for a woman facing the loss of her baby. Don't call this office if you're having trouble and are looking for help.
