Lol the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. Doctor/patient relationship aside, this doctor has no idea how to even talk to me as a person. I've seen him for 3 years and have only gotten worse with his persistent, what reads as, laziness due to lack of curiosity in me or my case. Called to complain to the office about potentially receiving inadequate care and HE called me back instead; informed that a complaint was being made by me (I specifically asked not to talk to him nor to have him informed of my call until I was certain I had received inadequate care). I don't care that maybe the receptionist passed my message to him but I do care that he then decided to call me as though to rectify it. He called with no plan and sounded foolish for 15 minutes. I'm a person, doctor. I have a family just like you. If we we're related, I am 100% sure you wouldn't have waited until 3 years and a complaint to finally bring my chart to your colleagues. Thank you for making me feel like the… most unimportant patient with the most unimportant issues and for always making sure to mumble on the phone and voice-mails! Really appreciated. I'm leaving this review on every possible platform to demonstrate just how "in the dark" I've felt with my own illness due to your terrible care. Seems I'm not the only one who thinks that.
