I went in for a neck lift in January 2023. It has been more than a year and I have terrible scars around both ears and my neck looks exactly the same, perhaps worse. I paid for my entire procedure upfront, but go a bill for twice the cost of the procedure for 8 months after the procedure. I called numerous folks at Dr. Lindsay's office and the hospital with zero success. The bill was sent to a collection agency after a few months, so not only did I have terrible scars all over my face, I started getting hounded almost daily to pay a bill for twice the cost of the procedure that I had already paid. None of my friends or family felt my neck look improved, but many of them asked me if I had been in an accident, and questioned what had happened to leave me with such horrible scars. I wish I had read these reviews before I went to get the surgery. I trusted my boyfriend and now I hate him for putting me through this.

Such an amazing, kind, knowledgeable surgeon! I have gotten so many compliments on my new nose. It is now straight and smaller with no hump! I'm so glad i trusted Dr Lindsay with my septorhinoplasty!

Recently underwent a combination of sinus and rhino/septoplasty procedures. Dr Lindsay performed the rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and nasal valve repair. Beforehand, she was very clear and patient in answering all of my questions. We discussed at length the type of results I could realistically receive from the functional aspect of the surgery. During my pre-op appointment, I was able to elaborate on my fears and concerns as to how I would be left cosmetically. Dr Lindsay was understanding and patient, she took care and listened to my concerns. Using photographs of every angle of my face, she was able to elaborate in detail what could be done aesthetically. She was knowledgeable and able to convey this part of the surgery well, I felt this was important not only to help me make my decision but also gave me real expectations. At this time she and her PA were excellent at going through the recovery process right down to supplies I would need at home, and from day one they have been… spot on as to what to expect. I also had a plan for “what if” who to call, which I will gladly tell you was even reliable even on a three day holiday weekend. The staff at MEEI was more than accommodating, and I went home prepared and with detailed instructions. At my post-op appointment, Dr Lindsay’s PA was excellent, she was gentle and very thorough at outlining the post op care over the next few weeks until my follow up with Dr Lindsay. I am very satisfied with the results, upon removal of the splints I was immediately able to breathe! (Something I had not done with my nose in 20+ years) This is not an easy surgery and it is a very delicate area, I feel as though Dr Lindsay and her staff were transparent and accommodating through this process. Thank you Dr Lindsay and staff!

I had had nasal surgery that went awry.After three revisions elsewhere and difficulty sleeping for three years I was referred to Dr.Lindsay. She listened carefully to my complaints, read my other operative notes I had brought with me and was willing to give it a try. The surgery was a COMPLETE SUCCESS . She listened again to minor post-op issues and tweaked the few remaining issues with medical solutions. I am now sleeping normally and have a functioning nose after three years. She is the best and her office is lovely to deal with. Totally top notch.

I had a complicated nose break, even with some bent and deformed sections, from a car accident. I had left the break untreated for years. This person is an artist. She made my nose straight again, and she made it look easy. Brilliant, skilled, and awesome personality. Life changing, I can breathe very well, and am also handsome again. :) Thank you so much Dr. Lindsay. I 100% recommend Dr. Lindsay. Her staff is also excellent.

I was referred to Dr. Lindsay for septo/Rhinoplasty. Unfortunately, I came out of the procedure with a dorsal hump, uneven nostrils, a hard lump in one nostril and significantly narrower breathing passage on one side. Dr. Lyndsay stated all of this was because of swelling and instructed me to massage it. Unfortunately, the bone in the dorsal hump that she failed to rasp correctly can't be massaged away, because it's bone. My nostrils are still in even and the hard lump is a graft she placed in my nose during surgery. This is not my first go round with surgery and I've never had a terrible experience until Dr. Lindsay. Unfortunately, I'm now having to consider another doctor to correct the mess she made.

After an accident a year and a half ago, I was referred to Dr. Lindsay. She made me feel like everything would be ok, and I knew I was in good hands. A year and a half later, I am 100%, and thrilled with the results.

I had surgery by Dr Lindsay for my aging eye lids and neck. Dr Lindsay is very professional but also very caring. The surgery went very well and the results exceeded my expectations and a year later still are amazing!
