Dr. Robin Mika, DO

I started seeing Dr. Mika when I was 16. She has been my doctor ever since. Unfortunately, I am not living in Michigan as of the last 6 years. I am almost 58 so she's been my doctor for a long time. She knows her medicine and she has the most compassionate personality. I can't find any doctor who compares to her expertise! I miss going to her office as her staff is also the best! I recommend Dr. Robin Mika and Dr. David Mika as they are both the VERY BEST in the field!!!

Dr. Robin is caring, personable, friendly and very knowledgable. She will listen not only to your physical concerns but all of your concerns. You may have to wait but it is well worth it. We know that she is spending the same quality time with other patients as she does with us.

I have been a patient of Dr Robin for over 20 years, as of yesterday's appointment no more. The last 3 appointments I've had with her have had a wait time of at least 3 hours (that's from the waiting room to the interior wait room. Dr Robin has become very scattered, confused, uninformed and forgetful. She is sorely overbooked. I left the office without the information I requested because I had not eaten (had to fast) and they were so swamped at the front desk I just felt waiting 4 hours was long enough! I'm finding a new Doctor!!! I do love her staff though, I think they too are overwhelmed though.

They'll give you anything you ask for, just to get you out the door.

i have been a patient of Dr Mika for several years, but will be looking for another doctor. the wait times in the office are ridiculous...I have been there for as long as three hours! she has forgotten ailments that she had previously diagnosed. I do not feel she has any memory of who I am whenever I go in. I have been trying in vain to get a diagnosis for a persistant pain in my chest that has been there over a YEAR! she sent me for several expensive, painful, and totally useless tests, and still , she has no clue what the cause is! Save your money and stress and find another,more competent MD.

I don't know why average wait time is posted as 22 minutes when it's actually over an hour to see her every time! Not only is the wait to see her long, but I am subjected to television shows of mind-numbing idiocy such as "The View" while in the waiting room. The waiting room also smells like hairspray and cigarettes. While in the patient room, there is at least another 10 minute wait while I am treated to listening to everyone else's medical conditions and diagnosis through the paper thin walls. Dr. Robin Mika is very nice but comes in and leaves like a blur. I will say that she knows people and is not afraid to prescribe medicine needed. If it wasn't for the wait time, stinky office, being able to hear EVERYTHING through the walls, awful waiting room programing and unfriendly and undereducated associate Dr. Elizabeth Copp, Pac. I would still see her.

I have been a long time patient of Robin Mika. After all these years I have to say its getting difficult to get in to see her and she has avoided returning a phone call that I left on several occasions. Honestly.. she used to run her office, now her office is running her.

I would not reccomend this doctor. She is disorganzed and scattered. She took a skin tag and a suspicious mole off for me and left the room a mess with bloody gauz and tools on counter & bench.. When I called for results she said she never took a mole off me only a skin tag. Then checked the chart and blamed the lab that they lost it. They never found a lab slip so it never even made it to the lab. She threw it out. The clerical staff was rude too.
