Cold, callous, indifferent and utterly cruel. No kindness nor empathy. She spent less than five min with me and never returned. She very clearly predetermined that she would wash her hands of me well before she had even entered my room. Unconscionable behavior from someone who is meant to care for the injured, ill, and those in pain. A person like this has no business holding a job caring for patients whom are at their most vulnerable. The dismissal from Mraz was absolutely unacceptable.

I presented at the ER with extreme abdominal pain. I had a hard time pinpointing a location because the pain was radiating through my whole abdomen. I cited my early pregnancy and the fact that I had a history of ovarian cysts. She checked my gallbladder and nothing else and then prescribed antacids and very patronizingly explained to me that the discomfort I was feeling was probably indigestion. I asked that she checked my ovaries and I also requested that she look at my appendix as the intensity of the pain and sudden onset indicated a rupture or torsion. She said she could not do that saying that they would be unable to check due to my pregnancy, which was untrue and I confirmed as much with my doctor the next day when they correctly and quickly diagnosed me with a large ruptured ovarian cyst. I believe this doctor knew that she was wrong but didn't want to take the time to continue to address the issue. She not only didn't care that I was in enough pain rush to the ER at 1:00 a.m.,… she also insulted me by insisting that I confused indigestion for absolute blinding abdominal pain. What she should have done was to make a referral to the obstetrics floor of the hospital to have me more thoroughly checked out before sending me home with a prescription for pepcid AC.

Truly an excellent physician. It's funny ... the people on the internet that take the time to write negative reviews, often their grammar is terrible and they lack any coherence of their grievance. Fortunately no one takes online reviews too seriously anymore thanks to idiots on the internet that have ruined their value for everyone else. That being said, Dr. Mraz is an excellent doctor that took great care of my mother. I'm grateful that internet idiots don't truly have a say in how our medical system is run.

we had the unfortunate pleasure of being in her presence for no more than 5 mins in the CDH er the other night. this was our second time having her in the er. the visit was a waste as she did NOTHING to help us. NOTHING. she walked out of the room and never returned. she would not administer meds to calm anxiety or treat ANYTHING. no one could give us any answers as to why they weren't helping us. she is a horrible doctor with zero compassion. her oath as a doctor to "do no harm" to her patients was clearly not taken. she has endangered us on more than one occasion. the hospital should be embarrassed by her lack of care. if she is assigned to your case, LEAVE. she will make you worse than you were when you came on. waste of space.

Awful, rude, terrible bed side manner. She should take some lessons on how to treat patients/people....
