Dr. Robin Phinney Ray, MD

Dr. Ray delivered me as a baby and my parents brought me to him until I graduated high school. He always made me smile as a kid and he was the only doctor that I felt comfortable with. I'm still alive at 26 years old. Thank you Dr. Ray

I've taken my daughter to him for years for colds and allergies and always got the same medicine that only half worked. Finally, I ask for him to prescribe something else which he did, but it only worked a little better than the medicine he prescribed before. I finally took her to a nurse practitioner that I used and she said that it sound like she may suffer from asthma. She gave her a prescription for the asthma but also sent her to an allergy and asthma clinic where they confirmed that she did have allergies and asthma. Dr. Ray at one time was a good doctor, I guess with age he is loosing his touch. He nor his staff is as attentive, concern or nice as they were when I began going there with my older girls.

I am switching drs because he doesn't take time to care about the patients and he is rude and it takes forever to get seen! Worst dr in el dorado!

The staff is great with the exception of one older nurse. It is super easy to get in and get an appointment. The problem is trying to get information about your child's diagnosis or prescription. Thankfully dr ray has started giving printed information, so you're no longer in the dark
