Dr. Robin Pendleton Renfroe, MD

We have known Dr. Robin for over twenty years. Both our son and daughter love and trust her. Our daughter was fearful of getting shots until Dr. Robin stepped in and took over the situation. Our daughter walked away with no tears and a smile on her face. We have felt with lots of issues in the past twenty plus years and thanks to Dr. Robin we have gotten through them all. We’d rate her a ten out of ten if it was allowed.

We’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr.Robin for several years. I have 3 boys, so you can imagine how much we frequented her office. She has invested so much time, heart and concern into not only their care, but mine as well. We never felt rushed while with her. She is extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining things when necessary. Dr.Robin went above my expectations with care. We were incredibly sad when she left our area. Highly recommend.

Let me start off by saying that I lost my Mom when I was pregnant with my first child, my daughter. Let's just say that for me the best and worst years of my life turned out to be the same year. I was lost and had nobody really to consult with on issues that I'd stumble upon with a new baby. A cousin suggested I try Dr. Robin. Best suggestion ever honestly. Y'all, she gave me so much peace of mind and helped me to not worry so much. She guided me in a manner that was gentle and kind. She never judges, but will guide when needed. She is always so informed and takes time to explain any and everything, she'll even research to get more info. SHE NEVER RUSHED US AT ALL! That's a rare find nowadays. She always takes my concerns seriously. She has been our pediatrician for all three of my children, and my husband and I are both incredibly grateful for that. I honestly consider her a friend. She's gone above and beyond several times for us. Give her a try, and I promise you… won't be disappointed.

Dr. Renfroe was my pediatrician for several years. I considered her more of a mother to me than my own mother ever was. She saw that there were significant issues between my mother and I and did, in my opinion, absolutely everything within her power to help. When I saw her during my teenage years, I never wanted to leave during visits. She made me feel special and cared for. I miss her greatly and considered her a close confidante but she eventually refused to talk to me because she said she could no longer provide for me. Even though we didn't have a great ending, I would recommend her to everyone. She will make your child feel loved and cared for, and will treat you and your family with respect. She always made me feel relaxed and like I could trust her. I miss her so much and wish her all the best.

Is hard to get in and out quickly with Dr Robin... But the wait is worth it. She is an amazing doctor and takes her time with EACH of her patients. My family and kids LOVE HER

Thankfully we do not come into contact with pediatricians like this often. Her attitude is cold and pretentious and unfortunately it rubs off on her front office staff!

The wait to see Dr. Robin is too long. I actually got up and walked out after an hour wait last time I took my son to see Dr. Robin. However, I would not trust any other Pediatrician to see my children. I have 3 sons. Ages 21, 18, and 14. Dr. Robin has been their Doctor for 14 years and in this area (Pensacola, Gulf Breeze) I would not trust anyone else. Too bad the office staff and the wait are detracting. Once you get to see Dr. Robin, she is worth the wait. We have been through open heart surgery, chicken pox, fifth disease, ear infections and many other crisis of the kids and Dr. Robin has always been spot on and totally thorough. If you are needing a Pediatrician there is no better than Dr. Robin.

I took my newborn and child to Dr. Renfroe and I was so disappointed. She acted very demeaning toward me for my choice of diapers and she had a suspicious attitude toward me for no reason whatsoever. It seemed my parenting was on trial which I found very heartbreaking, when I needed a caring and supportive doctor. I have had other doctors who were wonderful and have had opportunity to compare several doctors. This doctor took it upon herself to look at my daughters genitals when she was 4 and have a discussion about not letting anyone ever touch her there, all the while she was touching her there! Very arrogant and unnecessary! I could tell she was making my little girl uncomfortable...her face was red and I wish I would have told her to take her hands off my child while telling her to be suspicious of all but the all knowing Dr. Renfroe. My husband and I are extremely loving and devoted parents who did not deserve this from a person who didn't even know us. I DO NOT recommend… this doctor. She needs to go to compassionate school and learn some bedside manners.
