Doctor Sarner is always respectful and listens even to my wife about my care. He addressed all concerns and gave us medications to try. This is the best physician I've had in over 10 years. Wish I had him years ago.

Some customers are not so fluent in English, so there are times that we don't fully understand right away the way the doctors say a thing. So we respectfully ask to repeat or explain more a bit but then you will notice the doctors reaction is like saying, I will ask or tell you this, so listen very carefully and...? Got what I mean? Just saying the truth, no customer, no job, right? We are paying!
