Robin Stitt

Robin Stitt has three years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician (LCMHC). She is devoted to assisting adolescents, adults, and couples in overcoming unique obstacles and living more enriched and fulfilling lives. Robin is knowledgeable in the areas of depression, anxiety, grief/loss/bereavement, trauma, relationship issues, and significant life transitions. At Liberty University, Robin earned her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling (MC). She is a former military veteran's spouse with extensive experience navigating the stresses and joys of civilian life. This, coupled with her professional experience, enables her to offer her clients the guidance and assistance they seek. Robin employs a variety of treatment modalities, including mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic therapy, integrative/holistic therapy, and client-centered therapy.
