Best of physicians

Just when you thought you found a caring doctor....his staff not so much. I went for an appointment and was treated with little compassion and understanding for being 3 minutes past the 5 minute wait time. I asked the receptionist to please reconsider as I had been traveling from Elk Grove Village and she ignored my request completely. Her lack of empathy says volumes of how she treats his patients. Sadly, I am now in search of a new doctor. His support staff are who we as patients encounter at first glance and should do more to accommodate patients. I also work with patients, hospitals and doctors in my profession and this is not how you treat people.

The staff were so helpful. I was running a bit late and it was fine. Sanela gave my daughter such gentle care when she drew her blood work. Dr Tong gave attention to detail with my older son's physical. Thanks for a good feeling after the appointment.
