Robinetta Elizabeth Armstrong

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! After more than 48 hours she turned our daughter away - literally said "I cannot help you!" then turned to the nurse and said, "we cannot help her!" Not because of insurance, not because she has some incurable disease, because when Robinetta came in our daughter was standing. Her back pain is bad that she cannot lay down and she cannot sit without the pain level reaching a 9 or 10, so she has to stand next to the bed and leans forward to reduce the pain. Robinetta came in and saw our daughter standing and said, "You're standing so you can't be in that much pain!" What kind of medical worker says those kinds of things, especially after CT Scans showed that a bulging disc and pinched nerves? If you go to Henry Ford Hospital and get stuck with Robinetta Armstrong, you might as well check out and go somewhere else.. SHE CANNOT HELP YOU!
