Dr. Rocio Allison, MD

I was very pleased not only with Dr. Allison but with the entire staff at her office. I love that they were all bilingual for our growing Hispanic community, even though English is my only language and I am not Hispanic. They were friendly and accommodating. I am very happy for my special Hannah to have Dr Allision as her physician.

Dr Allison is one the worst physicians I have ever seen. She does not listen and is very dismissive, inattentive and quick to write a prescription. She insisted on keeping me on a prescription in which one of the known side effects was rendering me immobile. I was told to continue taking the prescription over two years and with total disregard to how the medicine was adversely affecting me. I have recently found a doctor who listens and am not wasting my time and money any longer. I would strongly advise against seeing Dr Rocio Allison.

Dr. Allison is a very good doctor she wants so badly to help her patients, and she does all that she can to do so if you need certain medications refilled she gets them to the pharmacy But you only wish her STAFF is as good but, they are not when using the patient portal they never hear back from them and when and if they call they are snotty as I you are interrupting them

Outstanding care and diagnostic

I love my Dr. she is genuinely personal and she actually sits down and listens. I would refer her to my family.The wait time is not long and the staff is very professional.

I went to Dr. Allison' s office to do the annual checkup. I felt warm and welcomed by the front desk staffs. Dr. Allison gave me plenty of time to me to ask questions and explained the answer detailly. I will definitely stick with her!

I went to her one time an that was one time too many. Front staff was not friendly. They acted as if it was a bother to be talked too. Went in to see Dr to be told I can only see her for one thing and need to make appointment for the rest. Labs result were given to me 3 weeks later after multiple times messages for results. I ended getting them myself from lab facility. When they actually called back they nurse try to tell me that labs take weeks to return. She failed to realize that I work in a Dr. office and that statement was false. Then nurse proceeded to tell me that the urine sample was contaminated and gave wrong reading and not worry about it. what she didn't realize that i had 2 other urine test after and showed the same thing. Definitely not a contamination. I felt rushed thru out the whole experience. Dr didn't even bother to hear all my symptoms. Will not EVER recommend Dr. to any one.

I Would not come back to her. Not well prepared doctor. Poor attitude does not know or care what is wrong with patient.

All my family sees her. She is great and I trust her 100%
