I regret going to this Dentist office, from the initial office visit to the last. Economically, I thought made the right decision and signed a contract on a dental bridge. The outcome was a total failure. Not only was I always in pain, but also had to sacrifice three long months of not being able to eat normal, as well as time consuming office visits in attempt to fix the problem. In essence, felt like a trial and error situation. I lost two molars and opted for implants, which I initially preferred but couldn’t afford it. I now have a big bill expense and a big dilemma because my insurance is denying coverage on my implants and future coverage for the next five years. The dentist and staff did not and are not making any efforts to solve the problem. In fact they told my insurance I refused the dental bridge instead of admitting failure. A contract is a contract, but only if you are delivered a functional dental work. They haven’t even care to contact me for a briefing/review to… remedy my billing issues or clear my history from my insurance since my dental bridge failed. I made several attempts to speak to person in authority (Dentist wife) as I was informed and left messages after messages for over 6 weeks to no response.

Very nervous guy!

Do not go to this dentist if you value your dental health. He will manage to take every single dime of your insurance money and leave you with more problems than you bargained for. There are many good and qualified dentists in the RGV so do your research before choosing. Do not get mixed up with this guy. He is in it for the money and nothing more.
