Dr. Rod Eric Robinson, MD

Dr. Rod is extremely respectful. If we have a concern, he always, always addressed it to our satisfaction. If he recommends a test or medicine and we don't feel comfortable with it, he doesn't pressure. He just gives all the facts and lets you decide. If you decide against it, he offers other possible paths. I'm just always struck by how respectful he is.

I enjoy going to Dr. Robinson because he, along with his office staff, are very friendly and very helpful. I do not have insurance and Dr. Robinson always makes sure that he gets everything that I need done as cheaply as possible. Dr. Robinson's office staff has on more than one occasion spent a large amount of time making phone calls for me to locate the medical services that I needed at the time as cheaply as possible. The listed wait time average that I saw on here was a lot longer than the wait times really are. Anytime that I make an appointment ahead of time to see Dr. Robinson I am seen very quickly. If I call and get a last minute appointment or if I am a walk-in with no appointment, then wait times can be longer, but that is to be expected. I actually think that the simple fact that you can be a walk-in with no appointment and still be seen within 30 minutes is very good for a busy doctors office. Dr. Robinson has been my doctor for years and I do not plan on switching doctors… any time soon. I actually moved quite a bit farther away from Dr. Robinson recently, but it is still worth the drive to go to such a friendly and helpful doctor that really listens to your concerns and does everything that he can to help you!
