Dr. Roderick Edward Hines, MD

Dr Hines has been treating me over 2yrs. I researched & discovered a new MS treatment called Ocrevus, had been approved & on the market for 2 YRS! I informed Dr Hines I was eager to begin this treatment since it's finally one for SPMS. That was 4 months ago & still waiting not only the the script, but a call back after 6 days of leaving messages!

He knows his stuff!!!

I don't even know where to begin. My daughter and I had the worst experience with Dr.Hines. My daughter had an EEG at which time was told by the tech administering the test that she was having seizures and she called Dr. Hines to the room where the test was being given and then proceeded to quietly converse the test findings while my daughter, who is 19, sat watching them whisper about her test. Dr.Hines then told my daughter that she was having seizures and needed to come back in the morning to discuss medications and her loosing her drivers license. I went with my daughter at 9 am the next morning. He came into the room to discuss meds & when I began asking questions about the seizures he then said that he made a mistake and doesn't usually read the results but for some reason he did that time and that the reader thought the results were normal IF she was asleep. My daughter had already told him she was awake the whole way through the test. The whole experience was so bizarre and… made no sense at all! needless to say I would NEVER recommend this Neurologist or facility. Even though the office manager called me and was very nice and apologetic, but really had no explanation as to why this all happened. In my opinion I would stay far away from this medical office!
