Proceed with caution if you have any anxiety as apparently anxiety is too stressful for Dr. Shaw to handle and they will drop you as a patient. Also it’s very hard to reach them by phone as his wife ( who works the office) screens all calls and call backs take forever. In my opinion don’t waste your time here.

Went for help with a loose bottom front tooth. According to him, it would have to be removed. Before that, I would need a deep cleaning of all my teeth. He decided to remove two more bottom front teeth to accommodate a dental plate. Three quadrants of my mouth were deep cleaned, three teeth removed and a plate inserted. The plate had three teeth. Honestly, I don't know what went wrong. They ridiculously slanted to the right. We tried again. For over a month, I had this gap where three teeth were missing. The corrected? plate still slants to the right, only a slight improvement from the first one. It is totally uncomfortably to insert, wear and take out. He is arrogant (he knows what has to be done, you can have no input), He recommends unnecessary work and his fees are high.
