Dr. Alford was the best PCP I ever had until Kankakeee County decided they would not renew his contract which I learned via FaceBook. He was my families PCP ever since my oldest was born in 1990. I really wish I could have him as my PCP again because he is the ONLY one who knew how to help me even knowing I have severe anxiety and OCD. He went above and beyond at caring, spending more time with me as a patient and yes I would call him a friend, he knew exactly how to get me through my anxiety while discussing my health issues. I like my new PCP, but cannot trust any PCP 100% like I could with Dr. Alford! Dr. Rodney Alford IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE THE BEST!!!

Dr Alford has not only patience but patience for his patients. His mannerism excels him not only as a prestigious Dr, nut as a caring human. In all the years of knowing him he has never changed who he is. You don't find this type of care and challenges he faces everyday. We love him and support him in all his endeavors. May God Bless Him AND His Family continually.

Although the waiting time to see Dr. Alford is long, it is well worth the wait. He is a Christian Doctor, and takes as much time with you as you need when he is in the room with you. He makes you feel like you are the only one that matters. I would highly recommend him over the other Doctors I have been to in town.

I think The Dr. Is a good man and Dr. However, in the past several years I have felt a decline in his interest. I will be starting medicare in a few weeks and am tring to decide if I should try a Dr, with more intrest in his current patients.

He is personable, but the wait time is not worth it. He is so busy it is hard to get an appointment then you wait forever in the waiting room, then again in the exam room.
