An excellent Psychiatrist and extremely knowledgeable physician. Highly recommended.

Dr Collins is the best I have been to.He always listens to me and has helped me find my way. All the relationships in my life has improved. This doctor has such compassion and insight. I truly blessed the day I found myself in his office. I also want to point out his office manager Frank has a great sense of humor and makes me smile at each office visit.

I have been under the care of Dr. Collins for over 12 years. He always helps with any of my psychiatric conditions, diagnosis, disorders, and medication. I am a difficult case and have been a challenging patient to say the least. I am diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, Generalized anxiety disorder, sleep disorder, and ADD with addiction as well. I am also super sensitive to a lot of medication and even the lowest dose of many give me side effects which are unbearable. He is an amazing doctor and am grateful he has put up with some of my behaviors that other doctors probably would have denied me service

I have been going to Dr. Collins for over five years. In the past forty-five years I have seen two other psychiatrists. In my opinion, Dr. Collins is by far the very best both in analysis, "prescriptive medications" and positive therapy recommendations. He has a calm demeanor, a good sense of humor, and is very knowledgeable as well as insightful.. Obviously, I can't recommend him highly enough.

I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Collins!

Dr. Collins was the first psychiatrist that I have ever seen and I am extremely grateful that I took the time to get recommendations and do a little research. From the very start he was incredibly open about himself and within two sessions I was able to accomplish things that I had been putting off for a long time. He didn't push drugs at all, rather he discussed my problems and the medications that I had been taken and we went from there. I felt that he really worked with me and listened to what I was saying. He is an extremely kind man, always pleasant to spend time with and I value his suggestions very highly. He tends to be booked up pretty far in advance but his office staff is great and will help as much as possible.

Finding a psychiatrist who really cares and listens, and knows his stuff is much harder than I ever dreamed, regardless of the price paid. After spending time and money on painful dead ends, I am happy with this Doctor.

I generally see Dr. Collins 2 times per month for regular therapy needs and medication. I have seen at least 30 Psychiatrists in my 37 years, resulting from sever sexual abuse as a child. Dr. Collins is WONDERFUL... and his bedside manner is OUTSTANDING. He listens, and lets me try medication I read about or hear of if I had not tried them and Dr. Collins too believes it could be beneficial! ADDICTS!! Dr. Collins specializes in many things including addiction, so dont think you will waltz in, ask for a drug, and you will get it. Part of the reason I do see Dr. Collis regularly is to keep an eye on those meds closely, and I as a patient am very involved in my own care. I work with Dr. Collins, or he with me, and although it took a good year to find the right combination of drugs, we did so just that, but it was trial and error, and both our commitments to be patient to resolve. Dr. Collins is in VERY HIGH demand, so getting an appointment requires you be mindful of that , and I book out… several months in advance and adjust if necessary. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN, this EXCELLENT DR, Who CARES and is DEDICATED to his CRAFT! Thanks, and Good Luck!

After seeing six or more psychiatrist over a period of several years with no success and severe set backs, Dr. Collins was able to diagnose and put me on meds that finally worked. My life grew exponentially, and all of my close friends and family frequently comment on how much better I am doing now than I have ever done in my life. I feel he preformed a miracle, even though it frustrates me that I need meds. to be able to function. and better able to handle the difficulties that life throws my way.
