Too often I find appointments are not keep timely based on time scheduled. When there is a policy to charge patients when they fail to advise or honor appointments, to be fair, that should be a two way street. Desire to use portal should be an optional choice. For long time patients to get medical questions of concern answered, by accessing the portal is a very impersonal practice. As a non technical person using PC is a difficult task for me and if I visited the doctor more it would create a major issue for me. Otherwise when I do engage the doctor he is extremely personal and through.

In my opinion, this 'doc' is a fraud.

charged approx. $10,000 for a procedure he advised would be an excellent way to find exact location of cancer. Test did not agree with prior biopsy. Later found that Cleveland Clinic found the procedure over 90% INACCURATE! Also found out years later, he has been receiving payments from the mfg. of the material used in the procedure. I feel he misrepresented the entire 'benefits' of this procedure and should be barred from medicine.
