Dr. Rodney H Falk, MD

I have contacted Brigham and Women's hospital 13 times to secure an appointment with Dr. Falk.. NEVER have my calls been returned.. My records have been sent. My physicians referrals have been sent. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered.

I had a suspected diagnosis of Card. Amy. & was living in another state. I called Dr. Falk's offices and they had me send test info. Dr. Falk called me & told me his suspicions, then found time in his schedule promptly. He was kind, caring and thorough and made sure that I understood what could make a difference in helping my body deal with the disease. I was able to begin my treatment there and quickly and then went back to continue the chemo I needed. I now know MUCH more about the disease/treatments/few specialty centers & Docs that deal with it and he is amongst the top leaders. I think so highly of him that I go back periodically to have him evaluate my status.

What a terrible experience! He treated me with complete and utter disrespect. Borderline violation of basic ethics, and common decency. He didn't run a single test after I was directed to a cardiologist by the ER. Shameful! Disgusting attitude, and behavior for a doctor who supposedly has great experience. Would never recommend!
