Dr. Rodney Allen Gray

First, I would like to say that the doctor that attended me was great. However, his employee, Ruth, was a different story. She had failed to send paperwork to my insurance and when I had called her to fix the situation she responded very unprofessionally. On the first call i had with her, she was yelling and even hung up on me. When i had explained this to my insurance, they helped me and were able to fix the situation. When I had called her to give her the news, she began to victimize herself and made me feel horrible. When i had asked to speak to someone else she said that she was the highest ranking in the office and that there was no one else to talk to. She then continued to say that I was no longer welcome in the office. I don't understand why I should be punished for her inability to do her job. My son is on his way to being a doctor and i would hate for him to lose what he worked so hard for because of one of his employees. That is what Ruth is doing to that office - losing… customers.
