Dr. Rodney Keith Ison, MD

I've been a patient of Dr. Ison for over 30 plus years. Dr. Ison is not a white coat doctor. Dr. Ison has helped through some really rough times. He's a caring doctor and a caring person. When I first went to him I was in my early 20s I'm now in my late 50. I had an acute MI and I was very very scared about going to a doctor because the last doctor I went to miss diagnosed my condition he was treating me for carpal tunnel which I did have but I knew something was wrong so my husband took me to the ER and did have an acute MI due to birth control that I was allergic to I had thrown a blood clot due to the birth control. I had spent months in the hospital and was scared and alone. I had seen so many white coat doctors that had no bed side manner. I was so great full to see that dr. Ison wasn't wearing a white coat. I had told him about the white coat.syndrome that I had and he laughed. I thank God he was there for me and helped me through some really rough times. He's a caring doctor and… person through and through. His staff back then made me feel like family. Dr. Ison is a wonderful doctor and person he listens to you about anything you want to talk about.he care for his patients. Thank you Dr Ison for being there for me and my family though some really rough times. I adored his staff back then. The only original staff members there now is. Marsha, Barb Kim. I miss the old staff. I miss Maryanne,lorie,Robin, Karen, Sandy and Vicki. I adore Tammy, Nannette and Sharon. The other staff members that are there now some are rude and disrespectful. They are in to much of a rush to get you in and out. Some staff members are polite while some are rude and don't want to be bothered. They need to realize that patients are sick and don't need to be treated disrespected. When some is I'll they need compassion and kindness not to be treated like they don't belong or needed. Staff members need to be more compassionate and caring.

He pretends to be concerned about patients but he is a business man not a good Doctor.

We've never had better care, or a more excellent diagnostician and compassionate care provider.

I have not seen such a caring doctor as this doctor is. It is nice to find a doctor who not only takes care of your medical needs, but to have a doctor that actually cares. It is nice to know some doctors still practice because they care for their patients!
