Dr. Rodney Mitsuo Kazama, MD

Seen doctor 10 years ago when he last did my colonoscopy. Was due for another and waited 6 months only to have the office cancel my appointment few days prior to my office visit. Was told doctor will be out of town. Three months went by and they still hadn't reschedule me in. Then all of a sudden out of he blue, the office calls and tells me that doctor said to find someone else. The office gal gave a cold and unfriendly attitude feeling. Why...What happened is there something wrong with my health or in my medical files I'm aware of or doctor afraid of? No explanation whatsoever and like without a breath...she said they will send my files to whomever, "thank you" and she hung up. Mind you, I was still on the phone and confused. Would have been helpful and professional of them to give some referrals. Incidents like this questions the practice and bed side manner of Dr. Kazama himself. I wouldn't trust him due do the treatment of the office staff.
