Dr. Rodney Richard Randall, MD

I am so thankful that I went to Dr. Randall for a second perspective on my potential heart challenges. Trying to get an appointment quickly was easy thanks to Vivian and her kindness and efficiency over the phone. Once I arrived I had a nice nurse taking vitals named Shannon and Liz at checkout was a gem! She got me in for my stress test two days later. Thank you. The office staff is really nice and very efficient. I did not wait long at all. Dr. Randall was very approachable and spent time talking things through. I appreciate that. He had saved my husband's life last summer with a stent after 90%+ blockage in the left artery so I already liked the guy! When I went for the stress test Carrie, Joe and Rage were very efficent and really fun to be around. The results were great - no heart issues, and for that I am thankful.

Been a patient for 10 yrs with no complaints. I suddenly had abnormal heart rate and shortness of breath. I was leaving town and needed to be checked before I left. Staff were uninterested in making an appointment and said if it gets bad enough, then go to the ER. Unacceptable. I called ONCE in ten years and was denied an appointment or even a call back from the Dr. VERY difficult to get your records. I changed Drs and was unable to obtain my file without a fight. Would NOT recommend.

In all fairness, I didn't get to interact with Dr Randall because I decided to see a different cardiologist after dealing with the staff. The girl in charge of the appointments I found to be very snotty in her attitude and the office manager was not far behind. A mistake was made by them when the appointment was made and they didn't own up to it, trying to make it my mistake. They should have made some kind of arrangement so I wouldn't have to comeback but they didn't and with an attitude. One particular girl tells me that there are no slots to see the doctor until the following week and then I call the next day and there are plenty slots left this week. I don't know what her problem was but I don't want to deal with her or the office manager any more.

Although this physicians office is good on its face, i cannot help but be critical and look at this doctor with a jaundiced eye for his deceitful practices.

I had no problem with Dr Randall. Very few Doctors knows how to handle the patience they have.
