I came to Holy Cross Hospital by ambulance with heart failure and pneumonia. My UCLA doctors were not on the list to use Holy Cross. My good fortune was Dr.Samaan became my physician at Holy Cross. He quickly corrected the medications I was on and almost overnight I rid myself of 15 pounds of fluids. With my pneumonia gone, my hart failure was on the mend. In 2 or 3 days I was on a walker all over Holy Cross. I was also dealing with a major back operation 2 or 3 weeks prior. His abilities are such that I decided to have him as my hart doctor as well as my GP. At 81 years of age, I have decided to have my health care needs consolidated in one place, not all over the city. His practice takes me back to a time when a patient felt a bond with their family physician. My husband and I both switched to Dr Samaan from Facey. We were not satisfied with our previous primary Dr and my husbands health was deteriorating. Another pill was not what we needed or wanted! Dr Samaan ran tests did blood work and after a several months felt my husband needed to be hospitalized to find out what was going on with him! Turned out to be a problem with his brain and not his legs! I am positive that he has saved my husbands life and we will have many more years together! I am exceeding happy with my care under Dr Samaan as well.

My mother has had heart problems for about 20+ years. Last month she was admitted to the hospital extremely ill. There we were fortunate enough to meet Dr. Samaan. He is a dedicated, knowledgeable and amazing Dr. We truly feel blessed that he is taking care of her, his staff is amazing as well. The patient/Dr relationship that we have built is amazing beyond words. If you are in need of a Cardiologist, give him a call, you will not be disappointed.

As a new patient, Dr Samaan was one of best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was highly recommended and he didn't disappoint me. He has the best bed side manner of any doctor I have ever seen. He truly cares about his patients and their well fair. I feel very fortune to become one of his patients.

Dr Samaan is wonderful, he is very thorough. He does everything high tech, including ERX and labs, and even communicates with other doctors quickly and easily. He even was able to monitor my Loop Recorder via the Medtronic app. He is both my internist and cardiologist because I dont want to see anyone else. His office staff is amazing as well; very sweet and hospitable. They even set me up with a patient portal to access my records, make appointments and ask for refills directly through his electronic medical record.
