I like my doctor at Longstreet clinic

It always good to see DrSmith a good provider

i have been going to longstreet clinic for over 25 years the last two times i have tried to see Rodney Smith i had to leave and i have not been able to see him the wait was 4 hours that’s how far behind he gets . i am changing doctors due to this. a lot of his patients are leaving due to taking so long just to see a doctor ,my time is just as import as his. we are suppose to see him at least once a year but the wait is too long you can’t no one should have to wait more than 30 min on a doctor

Dr. Rodney Smith and his staff are a disgrace. My father and his pharmacy repeatedly request my father's prescriptions with no response from Dr. Smith or his nurse. They even let him run out of his insulin! Thank God for Rite Aid pharmacy, who provided 2 weeks of insulin until Dr. Smith would send over the Rx. When I called and spoke to Dr. Smith to complain, he was rude and defensive and refused to speak to me, even though my father has provided written permission for his medical information to be discussed with me. Now, Dr. Smith refuses to refill my father's prescriptions. My father has been a patient of Dr. Smith's for over 15 years! Dad's pharmacy told us that all of their customers who are patients of Longstreet Clinic are treated the same way. This is shameful!
