Dr. Rodney Van Snead, MD

I had called on a Monday morning to speak with a nurse about an issue that had been addressed twice at Cares in Oxford. 1 round of antibiotics and it had went away only to come back worse the next time. I had also been battling type A flu. The nurse urged me to come in as I was really weak and just not feeling well at all to have it checked out again. In triage the nurse had even told me she thought I was dehydrated. I was happy Dr Snead was in as I believed him to be a wonderful doctor. I was utterly shocked by his unconcerned disposition. Even worse I was totally mortified when I told him last Wednesday I was diagnosed with the flu and he looked at a nurse who I had never seen before and asked is that true did she have the flu. Well Captain Obvious way to read my chart!!! Perhaps it is time to stick to board meetings and golf because you obviously did not want to be there and honestly neither did I so I could have saved that money.

Very accusing and harsh. Poor beside manner. Prescribed medication that i clearly stated i couldnt tolerate and also gave me a med completely unrelated to my condition.

Horrible bedside manner, rushed through the appointment and was rude when I asked questions
