This review is for the staff and its billing procedures - not about the doctor. However, since it is his practice, he could control his staff. My son is 8 years old and has been a patient of Dr. Diaz' since 2008. We had a scheduled appointment at 8AM which I took off from work. We also drove over an hour to get to the appointment only to be turned away b/c their office policy is that I have to provide a credit card to them for the co-pay that was due. I explained to the women at the front desk that I had cash for my son's co-pay and I did not understand why since we had insurance and were paying the co-pay IN FULL with cash why I needed to provide a credit card. This idiot kept shaking her head and talking as loud as she could so the entire waiting room could hear my business over and over this is our way. I asked her if my son could be seen because of the distance that we drove and b/c he was having a chronic ear issue and they told me NOT WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD!!!!!!! What kind… of practice is this? I am paying you IN FULL, we have insurance and yet you still want more and then would not even extend the courtesy to an established patient to see them for the visit and then allow me to call in with a credit card #!!!!!!! They are disgusting and money hungry. I have never been so mad in my life. To turn a child away b/c his mom did not bring a major credit card with her to the appointment!!!!! WTH!!!!!!!! They have a lot of nerve. I will be taking my son to another ENT at this point. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this office to anyone. They are disrespectful and downright nasty. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

He said I had TMJ and told me to go to an Oral Surgeon. Without any testing to confirm this. Had he completed the testing he would have found out he was wrong. He said I did not have a Ears Nose Throat Problem. I had sinusitis caused by allergies was taking all the medication I could.

My husband came to see Dr. Diaz and he realized there was a potential problem and immediately setup tests the same day and we had a diagnosis by the end of the day. If it had not been for him my husband would have thought it was allergies as another doctor had told him. Instead it was throat cancer, a more serious diagnosis. Thanks to him for realizing the problem and getting the tests done. I was impressed with his staff and Dr. Diaz. I recommend him highly.

Run away fast.... was referred by family doc for an abnormal spot on eardrum.. this doc Spent 1.5 minutes in my room said I had TMJ & was HALLUCINATING about the sound of thunder in my ear.. I DO NOT NOR EVER HAD TMJ his bed side mannersvery poor... Since i am prone to skin cancer (melanoma) I am here to see what this spot on my ear is... he said I dont have a spot but need a hearing test..so I did & passed 100% pressure tests too 100% pass ,I explained my situation to hearing tech -she looked in my ear and saw the spot my family doc saw... Got toask yourself why this guy is not seeing the spot? I would say more but this is not the forum ... Dont trust your health/hearing with this so called DR. ...RUN & RUN FAST

Dr Diaz performed a tonsil removal on my son when my son was 5 years old. He did an excellent job.

He will not sugar code anything and will get right to work, considerate with pain. I have been to 6 different doctors before him , he was the only one that got to the real issue, he knows what he is doing, it is up to you to ask questions if you want to know more.He explain diagnosis thoroughly. Fast service, my case was treated as an emergency no 2 month waiting here.

This Doctor has horrible bedside manners and no compassion... he gives a diagnosis like he is ordering dinner at a familiar restaurant... basically he tells you this is what it is now deal with it!
