AN EXCELLENT DENTIST, GREAT PROFESSIONALISM, GREAT KNOWLEDGE OF THE EXPERTISE OF HIS FIELD OF DENTISTRY, GOOD COMMUNICATION, AND REPORE WITH ME AND EXPLAINED ALL PROCEDURES COMPLETELY.

The wait period is sometime 1 1/2 hours. To respond to a phone calls takes at least three days or worst never return phone calls. The customer service of the staff member horrible. The only person that wants to keep his business is The Doctor and his Dental Hygienist, Monica. A business can be destroy just by the the treatment of staff towards clients. Please get organize.

I would not recommend this office. First off, waited over 2hrs to be seen and when I was seen they said my insurance only covered a prophy cleaning, wish I was told before I waited so long for that appointment that I was only getting a prophy ( not a real dental cleaning) which was done by the assistant. Felt since I told them that at the moment I couldn't afford the treatment my insurance didn't cover, like they didn't even want to bother with me anymore, I was told they were going to show me the proper brushing techniques, which they didn't, when I asked about that the assistant just ignored it.

He does not deserve one star. I have never met a more unprofessional office staff. He was in the middle of my root canal for a front crown and wanted to send me home to finish the next day. I literally cried and he continued, he sent in an untrained female scantily clad to put in my temporary crown. She danced to loud salsa music the entire time. The temporary was so yellow I was embarrassed. When I finally got the new crown it was a different color and hideous. I left and would not recommend this dentist to a dog. He should have been reported to the ADA. He is also a dentist for medicaid and medicare and I will see to it that he is removed as an approved dentist.
