Dr. Roe F Clarke, PhD

She is no longer licensed. Major disciplinary procedures. Check her record with the Florida Board of Psychology as her license was relinquished in 2019. There are multiple charges against her for serious violations including patient abuse and manipulation of patient for financial gain. Finally, she can no longer hold herself out as a psychologist and harm anyone anymore.

Dr. Clarke is a psychologist who has gone above and beyond for me. She’s very caring and invested in my progress. I imagine her as an Olympics coach, and we are working toward the gold medal in life LOL! I have made changes and accomplished wonderful things because she taught me to believe in myself and have hope. I am overall feeling a lot better about myself and my life all thanks to Dr. Clarke!

Dr. Clarke is amazing! I feel really blessed to have found her. She's very intuitive and helpful in getting to the root of your personal road blocks. She's also very adept at providing guidance on difficult situations. The most important thing is that she truly cares for your well being. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking help.

I recently watched the new Mr. Rogers documentary, and he asked us to think of the special people who have “smiled you into smiling, talked you into talking, sung you into singing, loved you into loving.” The first person I thought of was Dr. Clarke. She is an amazingly smart and loving psychologist. She’s helped me break apart very complicated and painful dynamics, and she's shown me how to care for myself. She truly is that special person in my life.

Dr. Clarke is an amazing psychologist. Her approach is so real and practical. She helped me to examine some core issues and acheive real changes in my life, which has affected my relationships in some very positive ways. I will be forever grateful for her insight and candor. I have been seeing Dr. Clarke for two years. In that time, my life has changed dramatically. I have a better relationship with my mom, I got a new job, I work out and I am losing weight. I often struggle with pushing forward and working on becoming my best self, but Dr. Clarke sees my potential and helps me stay the course. Dr. Clarke has made such a positive change in my life. She sees and understands the real me, and she has always shown me acceptance and kindness. Her profound insights are amazing and she knows me better than I know myself! She teaches you to be strong, and I cannot imagine finding a better therapist.
