For starters the wait time here is absolutely ridiculous. An average wait time for a physicians office should be 18-20 minutes not 3 hours. If you're thinking about making an appointment plan ahead and clear up to 4 hours you're going to need it. Next, the front desk has some of the worst attitudes, if I'm going to be waiting 3+ I should be treated with respect. My mother has been coming here for the past 2 years and it's always the same treatment. I'm not sure if they get the memo but they need to step it up. Absolutely dissatisfied then and still dissatisfied now. They need new front desk because it’s the same girl with the heavy attitude refusing to answer anyone questions and not only have I said something but everyone always complains about her and they obviously don’t care enough to fix the problem.

Dr. Machuca has great bedside manner, awesome Dr. His Staff is a joke, they are RUDE, it is always hard trying to get through to someone there. I left a voice message and called back after a week to follow up... the female who answered the phone stated they dont access to check voicemails, when i asked her then who does she said I'm not sure.... couldn't get my referrals taken care of its been 8 months and nothing. every time i call they never have my previous calls documented. they NEVER have an answer its a JOKE. why be in healthcare if you dont know how to be courteous and professional. Great Dr again HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!!!! Eastern Location

He is always very attentive to my own personal needs. He always seems to advise on the best treatment plan available. He receives my highest recommendation.

Their internet was down. Okay no big deal I guess. Unfortunate things happen. Next.. they tried to charge me a $50 copay. I reluctantly pulled out my debit card. I've NEVER paid over a $30 copay. She said the internet was down and that they only take cash right now which I didn't have. I told her I dont have cash and I've never paid $50 for a copay so what exactly is the copay for if I'm just doing a physical. She said "oh just a physical? Let me change it". My copay ended up being $0 in the end. Honestly I'm naive and shy so I would have paid that money no questions if the card machine was working. What kind of garbage is that?! How many other people have they done that to that actually paid?! On top of a 2 1/2 hour wait WITH an appointment and an INSANELY RUSHED VISIT. Had to stop the guy to make him tell me my blood pressure before he ran out of the room. I'm patient, but when it comes to my health don't rush your patients. Forget this place. Period. Not even going back to get my… results.

Manager older lady is very rude, and unprofessional. Office was filthy. There were no paper towels in bathroom. Waited over 2 hours for appointment doctor came in and out. Did not do co.plete examine. Also while in examine room i overheard Dr Machuca screaming at staff calling an employee stupid and white ahole. He threw his sandwich against the wall and made his staff clean it. I was horrified that this man was a physician behaving this way If i could report this man to authorites i would. It was a disgusting thing to witness.
