Dr. Rogelio D Naranja, MD

I have been a patient for years, I don't understand how this Dr. stays licensed. He is rude, calls me a cry baby, then he leaves his office and I never got notice at all. I tried to call him for an appointment and I wasn't able to get anywhere, I have been without medication and he is no where to be found. I can't get my records, AZ Medical Board is no help.

Every time I have an appointment to see him I get a phone call saying that we need to reschedule the appointment the doctor has changed his schedule or he has a medical appointment. I have been a patient of his for so long and recently he seems to be preoccupied with what's going on in his office. It isn't enough that he quit taking insurance now I have to pay cash every time I see him and for the most part I don't mind that but I do mind when I have to wait 2 hours after my scheduled appointment and then to listen to his problems on top of that I was forced to find another doctor. However that has proven to be a very difficult task because no doctor is going to keep me on the same medication that he has had me on for years so now I'm forced to go to Las Vegas or Henderson or even Flagstaff.

i saw this doctor for 5 years and all he did was cause me to be more anxious and depressed and dredding to want to go see him cause he just talked about how under paid he was from Obama care and talked about his own life and I had to remind him we were here for me and we would yell at each other some times when I got so frustrated with him. when an emergency arose I tried to get in to see him and he tells his office mgr to tell me he can no longer help me so he is releasing me as his patient. I now drive to vegas and see a new doctor which is the best thing he could have done for my health. he has no computer in his office to check for medication interaction so watch out! when he changed my meds I asked him to check with the other meds I was on and he just ignored me and 2 weeks later I had a seizure where I lost consciousness and hit my head which landed me in the emergency room and on top of that gave me pancreatitis which I will now have for the rest of my life. my family doctor,… neurologist and pain management doctors all agreed it was medicine interactions which everyone worked together to adjust except doctor Naranja.
