If you don't mind sitting in a waiting room for 45 minutes only to hear that the doctor has not yet arrived, and if you don't mind making phone calls that are never returned, then Dr. Perez is for you. Perhaps, medical school should offer a course in common courtesy.

Never returns calls, even after post op complications

This Dr never returns phone calls or emails. The only way to talk to the Dr is to make an appt. Every time I had an appt I had to wait at least 45 min to see the Dr. Dr does not give treatment options due to the patients unbearable side effects from medicines prescribed.

I walk in the office in west Haven, it look very old and dirty, their was ten peoples waiting for the DR, He was not in the office. We all had to wait in a small room that their was peoples feeling bad and coughing, I walk out, I wasted a full day of work, I am going to another DR , where it is much cleaner.
