Dr. Rogelio A Silva, MD

Dr Silva and his staff truly take the time to listen, understand and make a proper diagnosis. His therapist is second to none, (Laura). Together, his staff makes an uncomfortable situation much more bearable.

My only problem with Dr. Silva is he's forgetful & does not read patient notes before hand. So don't plan on using him for ANY talk therapy. He writes prescriptions & uses office time to try to ascertain as quickly as possiable if he's given the one ( or combination) that works for you. Also, appointments are scheduled 6-8 weeks apart. Which is fine if you're trying to ascertain if a treatment plan will work, however, if you're having adverse reaction to the medication you shouldn't have to wait 6-8 weeks to see the doctor. When beginning new treatment, especially with patients who live alone, it is my belief appointments should be scheduled every 2-4 weeks.

Dr. Silva is an awesome physician who really has his paitents needs at heart. He is insightful, and extremely thourough and excellent on his follow up.
