Dr. Roger J Belbel, DO

Dr. Belbel was my cardiologist for several years until he moved. He helped me through some very difficult and challenging times and was there to support me through not only my open heart surgery, but other health issues/surgeries as well. He is the ultimate professional and in addition, a very down to earth, caring person. He is by far one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. I told him I felt he was my “guardian angel” watching over me during my heart health crisis. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I certainly would!

Office upon arrival was very pleasant. There is alot of pictures and awards on the wall. After sitting and waiting for a while I noticed the office was kind of dirty. There is dead bugs all over the floor under the chairs and by the clerk's desk. The wait time is longer than expected since I was waiting for an hour before being called to the back.

He took the time to talk to me. He gave me all the attention that dr should give.

For the first time I found an MD in El Paso, TX. that gave me his undivided attention every time I told him about my health problems. He is everything that you expect YOUR physician to be.

Staff is pleasent face to face, but really rude on the phone and act like they dont want to be bothered. Every time I've been there was between 1-2 hour wait. Felt rushed like cattle when I did get seen.
